| Saturday 15 October, 10am | Exhibition items due at Fibrecraft House
If you are posting your item(s), they must arrive by Friday 14 October |
| Thursday 27 October, 10am – 12pm | Delivery of Gallery Shop items to Mt Coot-tha Auditorium |
| Friday 28 October, 6:30 for 7pm | Official Opening of the Exhibition |
| Friday 28 October – Sunday 30 October
10am – 4pm daily (10-3 on Sunday) |
