Full payment is required on Enrolment. Enrolments must be received 1 week before the date of the workshop and NO enrolment will be accepted after this date unless vacancies are available. Please return the form Microsoft Word format| PDF format together with your cheque for the FULL WORKSHOP FEE made payable to QSW&FA Group Ltd.
Please note that the price for all QSW&FA Workshops is now $60 members and $80 non-members per day. For workshops marked as “beginner” the non-member surcharge is waived.
